DICT-13 provides reliable internet to election preparation

BUTUAN CITY -- The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Caraga provided seamless internet connectivity to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) training locations all throughout the region in preparation for the upcoming 2025 National and Local Elections on March 3-24.

With COMELEC’s training relying on online access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and online examinations, a stable internet was deemed essential. DICT Caraga, committed to digital empowerment, responded to the cause and successfully provided internet connectivity at the selected locations.

DICT plays a crucial role in elections, offering technical support and manpower, especially in an increasingly digital landscape.

The DICT Caraga is dedicated to strengthening partnerships with agencies like COMELEC, underscoring its dedication to advancing a government that truly serves the people. (DICT Caraga/PIA Caraga)
