It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon. Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from northeast to northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 3.1 meters). Elsewhere, moderate winds from the northwest to southwest to southeast with moderate seas (1.2 to 2.5 meters).

DICT-13 provides reliable internet to election preparation

BUTUAN CITY -- The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Caraga provided seamless internet connectivity to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) training locations all throughout the region in preparation for the upcoming 2025 National and Local Elections on March 3-24.

With COMELEC’s training relying on online access to the Learning Management System (LMS) and online examinations, a stable internet was deemed essential. DICT Caraga, committed to digital empowerment, responded to the cause and successfully provided internet connectivity at the selected locations.

DICT plays a crucial role in elections, offering technical support and manpower, especially in an increasingly digital landscape.
