Amante sa Inter-Local Agency Partnership (ILAP) tali sa kagamhanang probinsyal sa Agusan del Norte, LGU Santiago, ug Philippine Army pinaagi sa 52nd Engineer Brigade ug 901st Infantry Brigade alang sa pagtukod sa 1-storey, 4-classroom school building sa Sitio Matingue, Barangay Poblacion, Santiago.

Ang ILAP suporta sa Executive No. 70 nga mao ang whole-of-nation approach sa gobyerno sa tumong nga maundang ang lokal nga communist armed conflict sa Mindanao.
