PMO Surigao conducts performance review, goal setting  

SURIGAO CITY, Surigao del Norte -- In a bid to assess its performance in 2023 and strategize for the future, the Port Management Office (PMO) of Surigao recently held its annual accomplishment review and target-setting session on January 3 held at the Port of Surigao. 

The event, attended by the PMO’s division managers and staff members, objectively reviewed the achievements of the PMO Surigao in meeting its objectives for the previous year. 

The review encompassed various projects and initiatives undertaken by the office, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Additionally, the event served as a platform for setting ambitious yet realistic targets for the upcoming year and outlined specific action plans to address identified issues. 

The emphasis was on fostering collaboration among the PMO’s staff and personnel. The annual accomplishment review and target-setting session underscored PMO Surigao’s commitment to continuous improvement and responsiveness to the evolving needs of its clients and the public.
