(PAGASA 24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST as of Friday, 06 February 2026) At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "BASYANG" {PENHA} was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte (9.4°N, 125.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Tropical Storm "Basyang" ang makaapekto sa rehiyon sa Caraga.

POPCOM, giawhag ang pagsuporta sa mga BPVs

BUENAVISTA, Agusan del Norte -- Ang Commission on Population and Development kon POPCOM Caraga nag awhag sa mga lokal nga panggamhanan sa pagpalihok sa mga Barangay Population Volunteers niini aron mahilapad ang maabot sa mga kalihukan alang sa Philippine Population Development Program. 

Kaniadtong bago-hay lang gipahigayon nga 3rd Quarter Regional Population Management Committee Online Conference, gidasig sa ahensya ang mga Provincial, City, ug Municipal Population Officers niini nga tagaan ug dakong higayon ang mga Barangay Population Volunteers sa pakiglambigit sa mga programa sa ahensya aron makab-ot ang gikinahanglang target niini sa Resposnible Parenthood – Family Planning ug Adolescent Health and Development Program.
