DTI Dinagat Islands launches SSF on virgin coconut oil processing

SAN JOSE, Dinagat Islands -- The provincial office of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Dinagat Islands has launched the Shared Service Facilities (SSF) on Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) Processing in Barangay Diaz, Tubajon town.

The SSF on Virgin Coconut Oil Processing has a total project cost of P780,000.00 with the Diaz Independent Women Organization (DIWO) as the cooperator.

VCO Processing is the third and last project of DTI Dinagat Islands under the 2020 SSF Balik Probinsya Program.

The activity was attended by lone district Congressman Alan I B. Ecleo, Department of Science and Technology Provincial Director Roberto Olaguer, Department of Labor and Employment OIC-Provincial Director Buhawe Correa, Sangguniang Bayan Member Samson Tidalgo, and Barangay Captain Fredelindo Subere.
