Moderate to heavy rains may cause flash floods and landslides in some areas. Rest of Mindanao: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms also due to Easterlies. Winds and Seas: Light to moderate winds from the east to northeast. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate (wave heights: 0.6 – 1.5 meters).

Agusan Sur cops plant trees under the Buhay sa Kalikasan

PROSPERIDAD, Agusan del Sur – The Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office (ADSPPO) joined in the recently conducted 5th Tree Planting Project: Buhay sa Kalikasan in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Rosario, Agusan del Sur.

The activity was hosted by the Agusan Media Club and Philsaga Press Corps with full support from ADSPPO headed by their Provincial Director Police Colonel (PCOL) Yahya Bustamante Yusup, together with various local stakeholders.

Said activity aimed at fostering environmental awareness and contributing to the preservation of natural resources.

The active participation of ADSPPO in this Project Buhay sa Kalikasan showcased the Philippine National Police (PNP) efforts and commitment to contribute to the preservation of natural resources as well as strengthening the bonds with other government agencies, local stakeholders and the community.
