Tandag City secures victory in sepak takraw at Dagkot festival 

TANDAG CITY, Surigao del Sur – The students from Jacinto p. Elpa National High School in (JPENHS) in Tandag City emerged as the undisputed powerhouse in the Dagkot Festival Sepak Takraw Tournament 2025, securing championship titles in both the 17-under and open categories in an impressive display of skill and teamwork.

According to JPENHS Coach Nestor Dimacuha, the team showcased dominance throughout the tournament, with standout players receiving individual awards for their exceptional performances:

The Dagkot Festival Sepak Takraw Tournament, held in Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte, gathered the best teams from various provinces in Caraga region, further strengthening the sport’s popularity and competitive spirit.
