Under the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP), the department will focus on improving livelihood projects to ensure high-quality outcomes. These projects will serve as a start-up for the beneficiaries, aiming to uplift the living conditions of marginalized and vulnerable sectors.

This initiative seeks to increase their income and create a greater economic impact for workers and members of beneficiary groups. It also aims to contribute to the overall economic development of the community.

As part of its efforts to intensify its livelihood services, DOLE Caraga has strengthened the capacity of its Livelihood Focal Persons and Livelihood Development Specialists. This was achieved through a three-day capacity-building session on DILP, Adjustment Measure Program (AMP)/ Technical Advisory Visit (TAV), and Demo Project implementation and monitoring, held on January 6-8 at Pavilion X, Watergate Hotel, Butuan City.
