Agusan Sur police office holds turnover of office ceremony to various stations

PROSPERIDAD, Agusan del Sur -- The Prosperidad, Sta Josefa, San Luis, and Rosario Municipal Police Stations (MPS) now have a newly-installed officer-in-charge following a Turnover of Office Ceremony with the presence of Police Colonel (PCol.) Yahya Bustamante Yusup, provincial director, at the Kabalikat Multi-purpose Hall of Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office (ADSPPO) in Prosperidad.

PCol. Yusup served as the administering officer and led the change of command ceremony between the outgoing chiefs of police (COPs) and the incoming officer in-charge (OICs), Police Major (PMaj.) Aldrin C. Salinas of Prosperidad MPS; Police Lieutenant (PLt.) Noel P. Lambid of Sta Josefa MPS; Police Captain (PCpt.) Alan Y. Badajos of San Luis MPS; and PLt. Jeramel M. Japzon of Rosario MPS.

Present also in this historical moment was Police Lieutenant Colonel (PLtCol.) Bonifacio C. Estrela Jr., the deputy provincial director for Administrations and at the same time the deputy provincial director for Operations; and some personnel of ADSPPO.

“Ultimately, our role as Officers is to serve and support, and a service to achieve the objective of maintaining the peace and order of Agusan del Sur,” PCol. Yusup said in his message.

This is in line with the learning and growth perspective of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation and Upholding of the Rule of Law (P.A.T.R.O.L.) Plan 2030 under the objective of developing a competent, well-motivated and value-oriented police personnel and organization in relation to the Transformation Program of the organization.
