Bislig City spearheads psychoeducation session for persons who used drugs

BISLIG CITY, Surigao del Sur (PIA) -- The city government of Bislig through the Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program - technical working group (CBDRP-TWG) spearheaded the conduct of the 12th psychoeducation session to persons who used drugs (PWUD) on September 6 in Bislig City.

The graduation ceremony marked the culmination of the activity as celebration of the clients' resilience and commitment to holistic recovery witnessed by Executive Assistant IV Jose S. Candia who represented Mayor Florencio C. Garay at the evacuation center in Barangay Mangagoy, Bislig City.

The psychoeducation sessions played a critical role in equipping participants with coping mechanisms and fostering a renewed sense of hope and purpose.
