“A good piece of intelligence information for me is 50 percent contribution to a successful operation. Without intelligence information, operating troops will crawl in the dark. It is so important in order to avoid loss of lives for the operatives. Your five-day training will hopefully make all your future operations for the ground troops to succeed in their mission,” pamahayag ni Gov. Cane.

“As governor of this province, I always want to see success in all your operations because the success of your operations will ensure the safety of the people in this province,” dugang ni Cane.

Gipasalamatan usab sa gobernador ang tulo ka US Marines trainers, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), ug uban pang ahensiya sa gobyerno sa malampuson nga pagpahigayon sa maong training. (Jerome Labis/PAMRE/PPIO-Agusan del Sur/PIA-Agusan del Sur)
