DPWH turns over school building in Bayabas town
BAYABAS, Surigao del Sur -- The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - Surigao Del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, headed by Engineer Ruel B. Bantugan, conducted the ceremonial turnover of a school building with two classrooms to Panaosawon Elementary School (Eufemio B. Ariate Integrated School) at Panaosawon, Bayabas, Surigao del Sur on January 9.
Notable attendees include 1st district representative Engr. Romeo S. Momo Sr., Governor Alexander T. Pimentel, Mayor Apolonio B. Lozada, Vice Mayor Maria Clarita G. Limbaro, Surigao del Sur schools division Superintendent Nelia S. Lomocso, DPWH SDS1 DEO Assistant District Engineer Annabelle L. Acma, and the chief of the construction section, Engr. Jay Laurente.
The project started on August 4, 2023, and was completed on December 1, 2023.
This completed project will serve the learners of the senior high school program to ensure better facilities for learning and development. (1st DEO, SDS/PIA-Surigao del Sur)
