Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Minimal to minor threat to life and property due to strong winds. Northern Mindanao and the rest of Caraga will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to TS “Ada”. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. The rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. The eastern section of Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds from west to southwest with moderate to rough seas (2.1 to 3.4 meters). The rest of Mindanao will have light to moderate winds from northeast to northwest with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 2.5 meters). At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "ADA" {NOKAEN} was estimated based on all available data at 270 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.1°N, 127.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

Distribusyon sa land titles sa mag-uuma, nagapadayon sa Dinagat Islands

Nagapadayon ang distribusyon sa Certificate of Land Ownership Awards (CLOA) ngadto sa mga Dinagatnon nga mag-uuma sa Loreto ug Tubajon sa probinsya sa Dinagat Islands nga nahitabo sa Maximo Omandam Sports Complex Brgy. Carmen, Loreto niadtong Disyembre 7.

Ang pag-apod-apod sa mga sertipiko sa panag-iya sa yuta nahimong posibli pinaagi sa dakong tabang ni Congressman Alan 1 B. Ecleo sa iyang mainitong suporta, sa ibabaw niining nanguna nga ahensya agig pag-asikaso sa Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) nga gipangulohan ni Provincial Agrarian Reform program officer, Engr.Milagrosa B. Bulawan.

Dako usab ug tabang ang hingpit nga koordinasyon sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) nga nagpahigayon og survey sa kayutaan og kini giaprobahan aron mahimoan og titulo, sa samang higayon gi-endorso kini nga mga yuta sa DAR aron maproseso ang ilang mga papeles ug ang Land Registration Authority (LRA) pagrehistro sa mga titulo sa yuta sa pagpanguna ni deputy register of deeds Emilie B. Quines.

Sa LGU - Tubajon, 37 ka mag-uuma ang nakadawat gikan sa Barangay San Vicente, ug duha sa Barangay San Roque. Lain pang 27 ka benepisyaryo ang nakadawat sa Barangay Santa Cruz sa munisipyo sa Loreto.

Ang distribusyon sa CLOA sa LGU - Cagdianao nahitabo sa Disyembre 8, mga 11 ka mag-uuma ang bag-o lang nahimo nga landowners nga gikan sa barangay Cabunga-an (3), Poblacion (1),  Laguna (1), Tigbao (1), Maatas (3) ug R. Ecleo (1). (RLE/PIA-PDI)
