CPD-13 unveils symphony of planning

BUENAVISTA, Agusan del Norte -- In the hallowed halls of the Commission on Population and Development (CPD)M Caraga, a symphony of meticulous planning, unwavering dedication, and precise execution echoed, as the organization stood on the threshold of a new fiscal year, the process of planning and budgeting for FY 2024-2025 emerged as a shining exemplar of how ownership, urgency, and quality harmoniously intertwined to create a tapestry of impact.

CPD-Caraga Regional Director Alexander A. Makinano, during the in-house session entitled, "Elevating Excellence: Unveiling the Symphony of Planning and Execution at CPD-Caraga," on September 1, 2023,  it emphasized that this process would go far beyond being a mere routine exercise. Instead, it's a symphony in itself, a manifestation of CPD-Caraga's core values, and a testament to its journey.

Director Makinano stated, "The Planning and Budgeting process for FY 2024-2025 is more than a checklist; it is a melodious blend of dedication, urgency, and quality. From the comprehensive socio-demographic presentations to the meticulous execution of initiatives through the monthly cash program, each step in this process embodies the principles that underpin CPD-Caraga's impact."

"Ownership, urgency, quality, quantity with precision, and time consciousness are the threads intricately woven into this dynamic narrative at CPD-Caraga," as emphasized by Director Makinano that this process reminded them that their work extended far beyond their desks; it fueled a symphony that reverberated throughout the organization, shaping policies, programs, and initiatives that transform lives.

While occasional moments of doubt may haunt the team, the director noted that they served not as burdens but as gentle reminders of the pivotal role that CPD-Caraga played in this symphony. By embracing ownership, urgency, and quality, they contributed to a collective crescendo of progress and impacted that defines CPD-Caraga.

The chief of office concluded, "Each keystroke, each decision, and every effort we make contributes to the symphony of excellence that resounds through CPD-Caraga's journey. It's a powerful reminder of our capability, a rekindling of our dedication, and a call to march forward with renewed vigor."

As CPD-Caraga prepares to enter this new fiscal year, it does so with a profound understanding that its commitment to ownership, urgency, and quality is not just a melody; it's the very heartbeat that drives the organization's symphony of excellence.  (May Ann O. Escobal, CPD Caraga/PIA Caraga)
