Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Minimal to minor threat to life and property due to strong winds. Northern Mindanao and the rest of Caraga will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to TS “Ada”. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. The rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. The eastern section of Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds from west to southwest with moderate to rough seas (2.1 to 3.4 meters). The rest of Mindanao will have light to moderate winds from northeast to northwest with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 2.5 meters). At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "ADA" {NOKAEN} was estimated based on all available data at 270 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.1°N, 127.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

Pagpalambo sa AGUSAN UP!, giawhag 

DAKBAYAN SA BUTUAN -- Dungan sa paglusad sa probinsya sa Agusan del Norte sa "Kadiwa ng Pangulo" kaniadtong Hulyo 17, giawhag usab sa buhatan ni Kongresista Dale B. Corvera ang stakeholders sa programa nga tutokan ang pagpakusog sa pagpananum ug pagproseso sa mga pagkaon aron ma seguro ang regular nga suplay niini.

Sa maong paagi usab mobaratu ang presyo sa pagkaon, sumala sa buhatan sa Kongresista, makahatag og dugang trabaho, makamugna og dugang  bahandi gikan sa value added sa mga produkto ug mapaangat ang kita sa mga Agusanon.

Gipaambit sa buhatan ni  Corvera nga dakung suporta sa Kadiwa program ang magkaluhang proyektong Plant! Plant! Plant! ug Process! Process! Process! ubos sa AGUSAN UP!, ang kampanya sa pagpalambo nga gisugdan ni  Corvera sa gobernador pa siya niadtong 2019 ug ipadayon ni Gob. Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante karon.

Ubos sa AGUSAN UP! mao ang proyektong Food Security Enhancement nga kabahin sa programang Plant and Process for Prosperity. Dinhi gipunting nga maka-develop og kapin sa 10,000 ektaryas isip dugang sa mga luna nga giuma karon alang sa mga pagkaon.
