It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Light to Moderate rains are expected over #TawiTawi(TurtleIslands), #ZamboangaDelNorte, #ZamboangaSibugay(Payao, Imelda and Malangas) within the next 2-3 hours. Moderate to occasionally heavy rains are being experienced in #TawiTawi(Mapun), #Sulu(Pangutaran), #ZamboangaSibugay(Alicia, Mabuhay, Talusan and Olutanga) which may persist within 2-3 hours and may affect nearby areas.

LGU Hinatuan reveals projects for 2024

HINATUAN, Surigao del Sur -- The local government unit of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur recently revealed its future projects for the year 2024 during the presentation and finalization of the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) held at the conference room, municipal hall in Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.

The activity was spearheaded by the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) under the helm of Ferdinand Barrios, and was attended by acting Vice Mayor Nerito P. Malinao, Sangguniang Bayan members, Local Finance Committee, and other offices of the local government unit.

The municipality prepared new programs for social services, health, tourism, agriculture, among others that will significantly benefit Hinatuanons for the years ahead. Each sectoral presentation is the LGU's mechanism on participatory governance.
