AgSur cops bust top 8 most wanted person

PROSPERIDAD, Agusan del Sur – The personnel of the Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office (ADSPPO) headed by Police Colonel Jovito Canlapan, provincial director, nabbed the Top 8 Enhanced Managing Police Operations (EMPO) Most Wanted Person (MWP) Municipal Level for the crime of theft of minerals on May 25, 2023 at Purok-Nangka, Upper Coo, Barangay Consuelo, Bunawan, this province.

 

Armed with Warrant of Arrest for the crime of theft of minerals with criminal case no.  22-CR-5516-B issued by Dymphna C. Gozon - Labindao, executive judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) San Francisco, Agusan del Sur dated May 12, 2023 with a bail bond of Php36,000.00, the joint personnel of ADS Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) led by Police Lieutenant Colonel Gauvin Guanzon, and Bunawan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by Police Captain Julius Vallejo, chief of police, apprehended the suspect identified as Reynaldo Yusores Egos, 45 years old, single, and resident of aforesaid place.

 

Arrested person is now under the custody of Bunawan MPS for proper disposition.

 

“I highly commend the personnel of ADS PIU and Bunawan MPS for combining forces in apprehending the top 8 EMPO MWP Municipal Level. This only shows our continuous strong campaign against the most wanted persons that struck fear in the hearts of the general public. Keep up the good work," Canlapan said.
