LGU Hinatuan finalizes ELCCAP

HINATUAN, Surigao del Sur -- The local government unit of Hinatuan, under the leadership of Mayor Shem Garay successfully conducted the Finalization of the Enhanced Local Climate Change Action Plan (ELCCAP) at Lodestone Shores Resort, Portlamon, Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur on April 14 to 17, 2023.

Resource persons Lei Añora and Celvina Villar-Meñez of RVM Consultancy Services, underscored the importance of mainstreaming disaster risk reduction and management and climate change adaptation in the development plans of the LGU.
