It is moving Westward slowly. Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Dinagat Islands and Camiguin Island will have rains with gusty winds due to TD Wilma. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains with at times intense rains. Minimal to minor threat to life and property due to strong winds. While the rest Northern Mindanao, the rest of Caraga, and Zamboanga Peninsula will have Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to TD Wilma. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. The rest of Mindanao will have Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to Strong winds from Northeast to Northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.5 to 2.8 meters). Elsewhere, moderate to strong winds from the Northwest to Southwest with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 2.5 meters). DPWH Caraga nag turnover og pasilidad sa Cambinliw Elem. School sa Loreto 

SAN JOSE, Dinagat Islands -- Usa ka pasilidad ang gi-turn over sa Department of Public Works and Highways ngadto sa Cambinliw Elementary School niadtong Abril 27, 2023 lungsod sa Loreto, Dinagat Islands.

Ang maong pasilidad usa ka unit kini nga field/quarters (school building type) nga adunay toilet ug bathroom nga gihimong field office, laboratory, ug living quarters building para sa mga engineer nga maoy naglihok sa on-going project nga usa ka access road padulong sa Loreto Landing Site/Campintac Black Beach No.2 (Bridge along Santiago-Panamaon Section) ubos sa kontrata sa A.T. Dumlao Construction Inc. 

Ang maong pasilidad aduna usab dugang nga usa ka-set nga double deck, mattress ug mga unlan, ug usa ka-set nga double burner stove ug gas tank. 

Nasabutan nga ang temporary Satellite Office, itukod nalang sulod sa eskwelahan aron pwede kini maturn over ug mapuslan sa mga estudyante nga mahimo kining dugang classroom. 

Matod pa ni Mayor Doandre Ladaga dako kini nga tabang sa CES nga nakasinati sa hagupit sa niaging Super Typhoon  Odette niadtong tuig 2021 nga adunay nangaguba nga classrooms.
