It is moving Westward slowly. Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Dinagat Islands and Camiguin Island will have rains with gusty winds due to TD Wilma. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains with at times intense rains. Minimal to minor threat to life and property due to strong winds. While the rest Northern Mindanao, the rest of Caraga, and Zamboanga Peninsula will have Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to TD Wilma. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. The rest of Mindanao will have Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to Strong winds from Northeast to Northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.5 to 2.8 meters). Seedlings alang sa tree planting ubos sa cash-for-work scheme, miabot na

DAKBAYAN SA BUTUAN -- Miabot na ang nagkadaiyang mga seedlings alang sa gikatakdang tree planting activity pinaagi sa cash-for-work scheme ubos sa Risk Resiliency Program-Climate Change and Mitigation-Disaster Risk Reduction [RRP-CCAM-DRR] sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) nga nag-apil og partnership tali sa probinsya diha sa pagpananum og kahoy ubos sa Lunhaw’ng Agusan Program sa AGUSAN UP!.

Mokabat sa 9,600 ka seedlings nga fruit ug forest trees ang miabot niadtong Hulyo 29, sama sa Molave - 1250, Red lawaan - 1250, Narra - 1000, Durian - 1700, Rambutan - 2200 ug Lanzones - 2200. Laing 3,500 nga Palawan Cherry usab ang ihatod sunod semana.

Ang maong seedlings, ipang apod-apod ngadto sa nagkadaiyang barangay sa lungsod sa Carmen, Nasipit, Jabonga, Kitcharao, Santiago, RTR, Magallanes ug Las Nieves.
