DAKBAYAN SA BUTUAN -- Gi-aprobahan na ni Mayor Ronnie Vicente Lagnada ang SP Ordinance No. 6573-2022 o ang ordinansa sa pagmugna sa City Government sa Butuan og Butuanon Iskolar ug Educational Assistance Program alang sa Tertiary ug Post-graduate Education.
Gitahasan ang City Education, Literacy and Scholarship Office kun CELSO nga maoy magpatuman niini apan sa kasamtangan gihulatan pa nga ma-aprobahan sa committee sa pagpanguna ni Mayor Lagnada ang Implementing Rules and Regulation IRR aron hingpit kining mapatuman.
Nakalatid sa section 2 sa ordinansa nga kini nga College Scholarship Program o mas naila nga Butuanon Iskolar ug Educational Assistance Program gimugna sa lokal nga panggamhanan sa Butuan aron modumala sa tanan nga paghatag og scholarship ug assistance sa mga kwalipikadong indibidwal nga makapadayon ug makakuha sa panginahanglanong edukasyon.

Samtang sa section 18 sa ordinansa nakalatid dinhi nga ang Post graduate education scholarship ug education assistance mao ang musunod: Fifty percent (50%) tuition scholarship, doctoral scholarship, Department of education scholarship, teaching and graduate assistantship, Fifty Percent (50%) Thesis, Dissertation and Capstone Project Scholarship, Thesis or Dissertation Production Grants, City Masteral Scholarship ug Educational Development of Government Employees (EDGE) Scholarship.
