(PAGASA 24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST as of Sunday, 07 December 2025) At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "WILMA" was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Matuguinao, Samar (12.2°N 125.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 75 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon. Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from northeast to northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 3.1 meters). Elsewhere, moderate winds from the northwest to southwest to southeast with moderate seas (1.2 to 2.5 meters).

MOA sa pagitan ng ACDI at CDA kasama ang 7 kooperatiba sa Caraga, selyado na

LUNGSOD NG BUTUAN -- Lumagda na ang ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative (ACDI MPC) at Cooperative Development  Authority (CDA) kasama ang pitong kooperatiba mula sa Caraga Region sa Koop Kapatid Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) sa isang seremonyang isinagawa sa Gateway Hotel sa Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, kanina.


Sa ilalim ng Koop Kapatid Program, magkakaloob ang ACDI ng technical at financial assistance sa mga cooperative-beneficiaries.

Layunin din ng programa na tulungan ang mga benepisyaryong kooperatiba na i-angat ang kanilang estado patungo sa pagiging isang small cooperative mula sa pagiging micro cooperative sa loob ng tatlong taon.  

Ayon kay retired Maj. Gen. Gilbert Llanto, chairman ng ACDI MPC at pangulo ng National Alliance of Cooperatives, bumalangkas ang ACDI ng isang scale-up plan na magtatatag sa mga programa nito para sa cooperative beneficiaries.

Magkakaloob din anya ang programa ng oportunidad sa mga small scale cooperative upang magtagumpay at umunlad at mapatatag ang kanilang operasyon sa mahabang panahon.

Magbibigay rin ito ng isang positibong resulta dahil ibabahagi ng partner cooperative ang resources nito upang matulungan ang mga benepisyaryong kooperatiba. (PR/PIA-Caraga)
