It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon. Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from northeast to northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 3.1 meters). Elsewhere, moderate winds from the northwest to southwest to southeast with moderate seas (1.2 to 2.5 meters).

DTI distributes livelihood cash aid to MSMEs in Dinagat Islands town

SAN JOSE, Dinagat Islands -- The provincial office of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Dinagat Islands distributed the first batch livelihood assistance gift card in the municipality of San Jose.

A total 64 micro entrepreneurs who were affected by typhoon Odette received the said livelihood assistance worth PhP8,000 under the Livelihood Seeding Program-Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (LSP-PPG) of DTI.

Another batch of livelihood awarding will be scheduled soon as Negosyo Center business counselors continue profiling and validations in the other municipalities. (DTI-Dinagat Islands/PIA-Dinagat Islands)
