Zero firecracker-related injuries sa SurSur ibinida matapos ang pagtawid sa bagong taon 

LUNGSOD NG TANDAG, Surigao del Sur -- Magkakatugma ang ulat ng pinakamalaking pampublikong pagamutan ng Department of Health (DOH) sa Surigao del Sur, Police Provincial Office (PPO), at Provincial Health Office (PHO) tungkol sa zero firecracker-related injuries sa pagsalubong sa bagong taon.

Sa hiwalay na mga panayam, sinabi nina Adela Serra-Ty Memorial Medical Center (ASTMMC) information officer Recklyn Ruaza, Police Provincial Office (PPO) Public Information Officer (PIO) P/Lt. Col. Ray Sorreda, at Health Education Promotion Officer (HEPO) Helbert Lugo na tagumpay ang patuloy na kampanya ng gobyerno laban sa paggamit ng bawal na mga paputok.

Abot-abot naman ang pasasalamat ng Surigao del Sur Police Provincial Office (SDSPPO) sa pamumuno ni PNP provincial director Col. Joseph Boquiren dahil sa pakikiisa ng publiko sa kampanyang Oplan Iwas-Paputok.

Pambungad na araw pa lang ng buwan ng Disyembre nang nagtalikod na taon ay agad inilunsad ng Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) ang kampanya tungkol sa Oplan Iwas-Paputok tampok ang ginawang pag-iikot ng mga firetrucks ng bumbero sa kada local government unit (LGU).
