It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h. Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Northern Luzon. CARAGA will have rains with gusty winds caused by TD Verbena. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy with at times intense rains. Minimal to minor threat to life and property due to strong winds. Rest of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to TD VERBENA. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Moderate winds from northwest to southwest prevails on the rest of Mindanao, with moderate seas (1.5 to 2.5 meters).

Voter registration sa Tandag, ibalik pagpahigayon kung mapailawom na sa MGCQ o GCQ

DAKBAYAN SA TANDAG, Surigao del Sur -- Gipamahayag ni Florephi Botona, Election Officer sa Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Tandag City, nga kung mapailawom na sa Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) o kaha sa General Community Quarantine (GCQ) ang Surigao del Sur, balik na usab sila sa pagpahigayon sa ilang Voter Registration.

Sumala ni Botona, naapektuhan ang ilang serbisyo sa pagpailawom sa Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) kung diin nahunong ang rehistrasyon ug adunay naoktabang aktibidad sama sa Election Registration Board hearing.

Matud niya, gikonsiderar nila karun ang kinahanglang apason nga mga rehistrasyon, ug gihan-ay na nila ang posibleng pagpahigayon sa satellite registration.
