It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon. Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from northeast to northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 3.1 meters). Elsewhere, moderate winds from the northwest to southwest to southeast with moderate seas (1.2 to 2.5 meters).

BUTUAN CITY, Abril 19 (PIA) - Lingaw gayud kaayo nga gidawat sa mga kabatan-unan sila Love ug Bry, ang mga pinaka-unang munyeka sa Butuan City Public Library, atol sa gipahigayong Storytelling and Puppet Show sa Robinsons Mall, bag-uhay pa lamang.
          
Saysay ni Ms. Luz Dumanon, kasamtangang OIC sa Butuan City Public Library, nahimugso ang ideya sa pag-gamit ug mga munyeka sa pagsugilon sa mga estorya sa atong librarya sa tinguha nga mamahimong mas sadya ug bibo ang pagpahigayon niini alang sa mga kabatan-unan.
