PRO 13 welcomes new regional director

BUTUAN CITY, Jan. 31 (PIA) – Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 personnel welcomed PCSupt. Dominador Eslava Aquino, Jr. as the new regional director of Caraga in a traditional pass and review formation conducted in Camp Rodriguez parade ground on Wednesday.

Pursuant to General Order No 196, dated January 26, 2014, Aquino was designated as acting regional director of PRO 13 effective January 27, 2014.

Aquino is a native from San Fernando, La Union, belonged to the ethnic group of “Ilocano”, a graduate of Philippine Military Academy Class 1982 (Sandigan) and formerly assigned at PHAU, HSS, PPSC.

As former Director of the Police National Training Institute, he carried a vast wealth of experience and knowledge in command management.            


Police director Manuel Rebugio Barcena, the Director for Integrated Police Operations-Eastern Mindanao, being the guest of honor and speaker facilitated the turn-over of command ceremony. The ceremony was witnessed by PNP Caraga Senior Officers and PNP personnel from lower units, members of Philippine Army from 401st and 402nd brigade and tri-media. (PRO-13/PIA-Caraga)
