Surigao Norte is ready for school opening

by FEAbkilan

SURIGAO CITY, June 2 (PIA) – The entire province of Surigao del Norte is ready for the school opening this year, Gov. Sol Matugas said during the recently held “Kapihan sa Kapitolyo” on Wednesday, June 1.

In her report, Surigao City Asst. Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Evelyn Fetalvero said the division is in need of 21 teachers and 13 classrooms so that they can open kindergarten classes for the barangay schools of Surigao City.

They will also temporarily utilize the principal’s office or the multipurpose rooms of the school to address the problem of lack of classrooms.
