Possible landslides or flashfloods due to moderate to at times heavy rains. Rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 2.5 meters).

Mrs. Nenita Gonzales, Chief of the Alternative Learning System Division (ALSD) of the Department of Education said the support of LGUs is vital to the success of the literacy program in Caraga since out of the total budget of the DepEd, only about 1% is allocated for the ALS program.
