INVITATION TO BID FOR AUCTION SALE OF UNSERVICEABLE PROPERTY
The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) through its Disposal Committee invites interested parties for the Auction Sale of unserviceable properties.
SEALED BIDS in triplicate for the items above must be submitted to the Secretariat of the PIA Caraga Disposal Committee not later than 12:00 noon, 17 August 2026 at PIA Bldg., Jose Rosales Avenue, Butuan City.
The Bids will be opened at 1:30 p.m. at the PIA Caraga Regional Office in the presence of the Members of the Disposal Committee and the bidder or their duly authorized representatives.
The bidder is encouraged to conduct an ocular inspection of the unserviceable property/items for sale on 10-13 August 2026, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and on 17 August 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Philippine Information Agency Caraga Regional Office, J. Rosales Avenue, Butuan City before submitting their proposal.

PIA Caraga shall hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 12 August 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the PIA Caraga Regional Office, Jose Rosales Avenue, Butuan City.
