It is moving West Northwestward at 20 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Tropical Storm "ADA" ang makaapekto sa Agusan del Norte, Dinagat Islands ug Surigao del Norte. Samtang Localized Thunderstorms ang makaapekto sa nahibilin nga bahin sa rehiyon sa Caraga.

 MARINA-13 advocates for Ligtas Byaheng Dagat

BUTUAN CITY- The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Caraga, represented by Regional Director Ninfa Dominguez-Martinez, along with its employees, conducted a Maritime Safety Caravan dubbed  as "Ligtas Byaheng Dagat" in Libjo, Dinagat Islands on February 11.

This campaign served as a cornerstone of MARINA's 10-year Maritime Industry Development Plan (MIDP 2019-2028) to foster a robust safety culture within the maritime sector through partnerships, town hall meetings, information dissemination, and other initiatives.

The Maritime Safety Culture Awareness Campaign Caravan commenced with a vibrant motorcade through the thoroughfares of Libjo, Dinagat Islands. The event saw active participation from various city government officials, representatives from the Philippine Coast Guard, and the members of the shipping industry.
