ASSCAT receives PRIME-HRM recognition from Civil Service Commission

BUNAWAN, Agusan del Sur -- The Agusan del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology (ASSCAT) was recognized for its exemplary Human Resource Management (HRM) systems during the recently held flag raising ceremony.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) awarded ASSCAT with the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) recognition, underscoring the institution’s excellence in Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, Learning and Development, and Recruitment, Selection, and Placement.

CSC-Agusan del Sur Field Office Director II Evangeline B. Golindan, accompanied by HRM Specialist I Ross Francis Atillo, presented the certificates to ASSCAT’s top management and the committees responsible for the successful PRIME-HRM process.

Vice President Ruth Desamparo linked this achievement to ASSCAT’s core values of Accountability and Excellence, affirming that this milestone reflects the institution’s commitment to these principles.

College President Joy C. Capistrano emphasized that this recognition is a testament to ASSCAT’s dedication to elevating HR standards and enhancing service delivery.

Meanwhile, HR Office Officer-in-Charge Rosalie Gemina credited the collective efforts of the HR team and other contributors, expressing gratitude for the recognition and the motivation it provides to continue striving for HR excellence.
