Tidalgo and DTI Agusan del Norte Director Lorijane Sacote, witnessed by Provincial Administrator of Agusan del Norte Elizabeth A. Calo.

Qualified cooperators should be fully operational and demonstrate a 10 percent increase in sales and a substantial number of beneficiaries assisted before they will be given ownership. For several years of managing the facility, these cooperators showed discipline and determination in thriving to fulfill the program's objectives which helped them establish a profitable enterprise.

Division Chief of Industry Development Specialist Arcily C. Gonzaga gave the overview of the SSF program and briefly discussed the terms and conditions stated in the Deed of Donation. The turnover marked the beginning of the cooperator’s management of the equipment as owners in continued support of achieving the industry’s development, inclusive growth, and job generation.
