It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon. Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from northeast to northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 3.1 meters). Elsewhere, moderate winds from the northwest to southwest to southeast with moderate seas (1.2 to 2.5 meters).

Cabadbaran nahimong grand slam nat’l awardee sa CDA Gawad Parangal

CABADBARAN CITY, Agusan del Norte -- Sa Ika-tulong higayon nahimong Grand Slam National Awardee ang city government sa Cabadbaran sa gipahigayong Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Gawad Parangal niadtong October 29 sa Crown Plaza, Manila Galler.

Si City Administrator Francis Denice Chin Amante ang ang midawat sa maong nasudnong pasidungog, kauban si City Cooperative and Development Officer Louiel C. Bulang, isip 1st Place nga Outstanding Local Chief Executive for Cooperative Development (Component City Category) sa tibook Pilipinas.

Ang maong pasidungog naangkon sa syudad sa managsunod nga tulo ka katuigan, (2022, 2023, 2024), tungod sa maayong kadumalahan sa tanang mga kooperatiba sa tibook syudad, pinaagi sa pag tabang kanila ug paghatag ug mga maayong programa aron nga mas mapalambo pa ang ilang kahugpungan.
