Agusan Sur's well-performing PNP personnel awarded

PROSPERIDAD, Agusan del Sur -- The Agusan del Sur Police Force headed by Police Colonel Yahya Bustamante Yusup, provincial director, recently recognized well-performing officers at the Agusan del Sur Provincial Police Office (ADSPPO) parade ground in Prosperidad, this province.

The ceremony recognized police stations and personnel who displayed utmost commitment to their sworn noblest duty through giving of awards and commendations.

In the field of police operation accomplishments covering the period from September 2-8, 2024, a certificate of commendation was awarded to Prosperidad Municipal Police Station (MPS) hailed as first, followed by San Francisco MPS as second and Talacogon MPS as third.

Further, Police Staff Sergeant (PSSg.) Glen G. Pedregosa, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) police non-commissioned officers (PNCO), Provincial Operations and Management Unit (POMU) and PSSg. Clyde Erick D. Collao, operations PNCO, Bayugan Component City Police Station (CCPS) were also awarded with certificates of commendation for their invaluable contribution in the wide expanse of police operational activities in ADSPPO, which greatly contributed to the attainment of the overall task and mission of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

In his message, Police Lieutenant Colonel (PltCol) Nathaniel P. Agatep of the1st Agusan del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company (ADSPMFC) as the resource speaker, emphasized to the troops to always remember all the sacrifices and hardships we made to reach where we are today.

“Paka iingatan natin and anong meron tayo dahil maraming taong nag-aasam ng ganito ngunit hindi pa nila nakakamit,” he said.

This is in line with the learning and growth perspective of the PNP Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation and Upholding of the Rule of Law (P.A.T.R.O.L.) Plan 2030 under the objective of developing a competent, well-motivated and value-oriented police personnel and organization in relation to the Transformation Program of the Organization.
