It is moving Westward slowly. Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Dinagat Islands and Camiguin Island will have rains with gusty winds due to TD Wilma. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains with at times intense rains. Minimal to minor threat to life and property due to strong winds. While the rest Northern Mindanao, the rest of Caraga, and Zamboanga Peninsula will have Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to TD Wilma. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. The rest of Mindanao will have Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to Strong winds from Northeast to Northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.5 to 2.8 meters). Elsewhere, moderate to strong winds from the Northwest to Southwest with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 2.5 meters). Lungsod sa BUENASCAR nakadawat ug AKAP assistance

DAKBAYAN SA BUTUAN -- Mosuma-total 891 ka mga residente gikan sa lungsod sa Buenavista, Nasipit ug Carmen ni'ng probinsya sa Agusan del Norte ang nakadawat og ayuda niadtong Hunyo 13 sa Poblacion 2 lungsod sa Buenavista gamit ang pundo nga napahiluna ni Kong. Dale B. Corvera ubos sa Ayuda Para sa Kapus ang Kita Program (AKAP). 

Kini financial assistance para sa mga minimum wage earners kun 'near poor' diin ang pagpanghatag gipaagi sa buhatan sa Department of Social Works and Development (DSWD) Caraga. 

Ang mga nakadawat gikan sa sector sa mga persons with disabilities (PWD) ug mga driver diin ang pagpili sa maong mga benepisyaryo  gipaagi og cross matching sa DSWD aron kini dili mamahimong magbalikbalik sa pagdawat.

Ania sa maong programa ang halangdong gobernadora sa probinsya nga si Gob. Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante kauban si Kong. Corvera, Bise Gob. Enrico R. Corvera ug pipila sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan members, Nasipit Mayor Democrito Roscoe B. Plaza, Buenavista Mayor Joselito T. Roble, mga kapitan sa ginsakupang mga barangay, ug ang mga MSWD officer sa matag lungsod.
