The clash resulted in the death of certain Leo Salino Mindoro alias Yolly/Yang, staff member of SRSDG Northland and capture of one AK47,  war materials and voluminous documents with high intel value.

Prior to the encounter, the unit received reports from concerned civilians regarding the CTGs conducting extortion activities in the area. Per alias Rem.

Furthermore, the government troops facilitated the extrication of the cadaver in collaboration with the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) and the Philippine National Police of Cabadbaran City.
