AgSur cops arrest top most wanted persons

AGUSAN DEL SUR -- The Bunawan and San Francisco municipal police stations achieved a significant milestone on October 11, by successfully apprehended three of the top enhanced managing police operation (EMPO) - most wanted persons (MWPs) for the violation of Republic Act (RA) 7610 Sec. 10 (other acts of child abuse) and theft.

The first suspect, known as alias Toto, 44-year-old male residing at Purok 11, Bunawan Brook, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur, was arrested for the Violation of RA 7610 Sec. 10 (other acts of child abuse) OTHER ACTS OF CHILD ABUSE) at Purok 11, Tagbayangbang, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur. The second suspect, alias "Mao," 36 years old, and alias "Doni," 65 years old, both residents of Buernasuerte, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, were apprehended for the crime of Theft.

These arrests were made possible through diligent efforts and were authorized by warrants issued by Hon. Ryan R. Cagas and Hon. Dymphna Catelo Gozon-Labindao, with recommended bail amounts.

Both individuals are now in the custody of Bunawan and San Francisco police stations, where they will undergo legal procedures.
