In her rationale, DILG Caraga Local Government Capability Development Division Chief LGOO VII Annabel F. It is geared toward developing an appropriate mechanism to harmonize all CapDev intervention of regional line agencies and other third-party service providers.

The activity was an offshoot of the Kakadiaoan Hong Caraga Capdev Expo last November 28, 2023 where the different partners earnestly committed to journey with the DILG in shaping the capacities of the LGUs by enhancing the capacity development framework of the region.

Fruitful discussions between and among the Capdev Market - NGAs, LRIs and CSOs, and the LGUs in relation to the priority CapDev requirements of LGUs, took place during the Regional Partnership Forum.

DILG Caraga also acknowledged the vital role of partners in establishing a harmonized platform in the provision of capacity development interventions for the LGUs. Moreover, all stakeholders present were enjoined to continue working together for the goal of excellence in local governance especially in the light of Full Devolution. (LGOO II Dorothy Jill D.
