Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains. Minimal to minor threat to life and property due to strong winds. Northern Mindanao and the rest of Caraga will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to TS “Ada”. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. The rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. The eastern section of Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds from west to southwest with moderate to rough seas (2.1 to 3.4 meters). The rest of Mindanao will have light to moderate winds from northeast to northwest with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 2.5 meters). At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "ADA" {NOKAEN} was estimated based on all available data at 270 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.1°N, 127.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

Suporta sa Plant! Plant! Plant! gilatid sa DA ug sa buhatan ni Kongresita Corvera

DAKBAYAN SA BUTUAN -- Gilatid karon, Enero 23, sa buhatan ni Kongresista Dale B. Corvera ug sa Department of Agriculture (DA-Caraga) ang mga pamaagi nga mapakusgan pa ang suporta alang sa proyektong Plant! Plant! Plant! sa probinsya sa Agusan del Norte.

Ang Plant! Plant! Plant! usa sa mga proyekto ubos sa AGUSAN UP!, ang kampanya sa pagpalambo ni Kongresista Corvera sa gobernador pa siya sa Agusan del Norte. Giabagan kini sa Gob. Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante sa kongresista pa siya sa miaging termino ug, sumala pa kaniya, padayonon niya ang maong kampanya sa pagpalambo sa iyang administrasyon.   

Ang proyektong Plant! Plant! Plant! nagpunting nga makatanum sa 125,000 ektaryas nga bakante o wala kaayo maggamit nga mga yuta sa Agusan del Norte pag-abot sa tuig 2027. Apil sa mga na-survey nga kayutaan alang niini haum sa agro-forestry (100,000 ektaryas) ug ang laing 25,000 ektaryas alang sa high value crops, apil na ang abaka, kape, cacao, mangga, cassava, rubber, lubi ug saging.

Usa sa kritikal nga kabahin sa proyekto nga nalatid ganiha mao ang panginahanglan sa nursery alang niiini nga mga tanum ug nasabutan nga maoy unang tutokan sa suporta. Kini maoy pangitaan ug mga paagi sa DA-Caraga, sumala pa kang Marco Antonio Morido, ang Regional Focal Person sa High Value Crops Development Program sa rehiyon. 

Sa bahin sa Congressional District Office ni Kongresista Corvera, himoon usab sa Kongresista ang mga representation aron makabaton og pundo alang sa cash-for-work sa mga magtrabaho sa nursery ug sa mga apil sa pagpananum unya.
