1502nd RRIBn installs new Executive Officer

AGUSAN DEL SUR -- The 1502nd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (RRIBn) has installed a newly-designated Executive Officer during the closing activity of the Simultaneous Nationwide Mustering and Turn-Over Ceremony of 1502nd RRIBn Executive Officer held at the Covered Court of Agusan del Sur National High School, Barangay 5, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur on Saturday, 22 October 2022.

The bequeathal was formally eventuated through a ceremonial turnover which was presided by Colonel Diosdado E. Peji, Group Commander of 15th Regional Community Defense Group (15RCDG), Reserve Command (RESCOM), Philippine Army (PA). 

Lieutenant Colonel Abraham L. Masendo, Philippine Army (PA), Reserve (RES) the outgoing 1502nd RRIBn Executive Officer bestowed the responsibilities to the newly-designated 1502nd RRIBn Executive Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Teodoro N. Plaza, PA (RES).

Meanwhile, Brigadier General Jonathan G Ponce was invited as Guest Speaker during the ceremonial turn-over. The event was also attended by Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Roy B. Curilan, Director of 1502 CDC, LTC Ma Teresa P. Baylon, Battalion Commander of 1502nd RRIBn, Battalion Staff, Company Commanders, and Enlisted Reservists.

The ceremonial turnover presentation had been initiated by the 1502nd Community Defense Center, 15RCDG, RESCOM, PA (2Lt Adones L Apilada, Executive Officer, 1502nd CDC, 15RCDG/PIA-Agusan del Sur)
