MHIDUSDMA Corn Cluster in Tagbina receives farm tractor from DA-Caraga
RED Onate led the ceremonial turn over in Barangay Doรฑa Carmen, Tagbina,
Surigao del Sur.
The turn over was witnessed by APCO Surigao del Sur
Provincial office chief June Anthony S. Ouano, Mayor Glaiza Jane
Polizon-Lanete, Vice-Major Generoso Naraiso, Barangay Officials of Doรฑa Carmen,
Faculty staff of Doรฑa Carmen National High School, Officers and members of
MHIDUSSMA Corn cluster.
DA-Regional Corn Program Focal Person, Melody M. Guimary highlighted the
different responsibilities of the parties in maintaining the smooth operation
of the unit and maximizing its capability. .
The officials and members of MHIDUSSMA Corn Cluster were grateful as they
received the unit.
"The wait is over as we now have the farm tractor which we dreamt
for so long" MHIDUSSMA Chairman Roberto T. Laolao said during his
acceptance speech.
According to Laolao, the farm tractor will expand their production area
which will result in the increase of their yield while reducing the
