ADSPPO ranks No. 1 in PNP’s UPER System

AGUSAN DEL SUR -- Among the five Provincial Police Offices in Caraga region, one City Police Office and Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB), the Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office (ADDSPPO) ranked as number 1 in the Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for three consecutive months with a total rating of 93.84% for the month of September 2022 under the leadership of PCol Jovito C Canlapan, Acting Provincial Director.

PCol Canlapan commended the vigorous efforts of the personnel in raising the honor and pride of ADSPPO, as this would not be made possible without the team effort of everybody.

"An excellent performance will always be paid with a victorious ending. Congratulations everyone and keep up the good work!" PD Canlapan said.

The UPER System of the PNP was conceptualized as a standardized evaluation tool that shall be used in assessing the performance of the different PNP offices/units.
