Top most wanted person for arson in SurSur nabbed

TANDAG CITY, Surigao del Sur -- The Surigao del Sur Police Provincial Office (SDS PPO) apprehended Surigao del Sur's top most wanted person during the implementation of the Simultaneous the Anti Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) on March 30.

PPO provincial director Police Colonel Joseph Boquiren identified the suspect as Cesar Barrera Sinto, also known as “Toto Sinto” and “Kaba-kaba”, 56 years old, married, and residing in Purok 6, Poblacion, Compostela Valley, Davao de Oro.

Sinto was nabbed by virtue of a warrant of arrest for arson issued by Regional Trial Court (RTC), 11th Judicial Region, Branch 29, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur, docketed under Criminal Case No. 2018-3-5355-H dated March 20, 2018, with a recommended bail bond of Php180,000.

The suspect is listed as the top most wanted person in Manhunt Charlie-Provincial Level, communist-terrorist group (CTG) priority target, and non-PSR listed.
