Top 1 most wanted in Surigao Norte nabbed

 

SURIGAO CITY, Surigao del Norte -- In a manhunt operation conducted by the Surigao del Norte Provincial Intelligence Unit, Claver Municipal Police Station, and Regional Intelligence Division-13 arrested the Top 1 Most Wanted Person in the provincial level charged for frustrated murder on Friday, March 25.

 

Provincial Director Police Colonel (PCol) Renato Mercado identified the suspect as Jessie LLemit Roco Jr., aka "Jun", 26 years old, and a resident of Barangay Ladgaron, Claver, Surigao del Norte.

 

Roco was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest charged for frustrated murder under Criminal Case Number 14067 dated November 16, 2018, issued by Hon. Leonila P Gorgolon, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Surigao City, Surigao del Norte with recommended bail bond of Php 200,000 for his temporary liberty. He is now under the custody of Claver Municipal Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
