AgSur stakeholders ready for Duterte Legacy provincial launch

BUTUAN CITY – Various stakeholders in the province of Agusan del Sur are now gearing up efforts and preparations for the provincial launch of the Duterte Legacy Campaign: Barangaynihan Caravan Towards National Recovery on October 14, 2021 at the Datu Lipus Makapandong Cultural Center in Prosperidad of said province.
According to Police Colonel Ruben Delos Santos, acting provincial director of Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office, some 100 individuals are expected to attend and participate in the simultaneous provincial launch coming from various government agencies, private sector, media, and local residents from the municipalities of the province.
“During this event, the most vulnerable sectors in the province of Agusan del Sur could avail of the different programs and services from the government agencies. All participating sectors should follow the imposed health protocols at the venue to ensure safety and security of everyone against the transmission of COVID-19,” said Delos Santos.
He added that local officials of the provincial government will be attending said event and will share relevant information and updates on the accomplishments of the Duterte administration including the developmental projects that were established in Agusan del Sur.
The Duterte Legacy Campaign aims to cascade to the citizens the projects, programs and accomplishments of the Duterte administration, and how it directly benefited the citizens. It is not limited to information campaign but through the conduct of “Serbisyo Caravan” and outreach activities until the last day of the administration. (JPG/PIA-Agusan del Sur)
