BUTUAN CITY -- The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) launched the National Broadband Program's (NBP's) Resiliency Route with a simultaneous lighting-up activity in the three major metropolitan centers of the country – Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, Metro Davao.
