(PAGASA 24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST as of Monday, 08 December 2025) At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "WILMA" was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Matuguinao, Samar (12.2°N 125.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 75 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Shear Line affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting the rest of Luzon. Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from northeast to northwest will prevail over the western sections of Mindanao with moderate to rough seas (1.2 to 3.1 meters). Elsewhere, moderate winds from the northwest to southwest to southeast with moderate seas (1.2 to 2.5 meters).

Cash for Work diha sa pagpananum og kahoy himoon sa RTR

DAKBAYAN SA BUTUAN -- Gipahigayun niadtong Hunyo 24, 2021 ang oryentasyon sa mga benepisyaryo sa cash-for-work program sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) nga giimplementar kaabag ang munisipyo ug ang probinsya sa barangay sa San Antonio, Balangbalang ug sa Tagbongabong, RTR. 


Ang maong oryentasyon gitambungan sa mga benepisyaryo, mga opisyal sa barangay nga gipangunahan sa kapitan, personahe sa Department of Social Welfare and Development ning rehiyon ug sa mga personahe sa AGUSAN UP alang sa probinsya.


Kining programa kabahin sa tinuig nga cash-for-work program ubos sa Risk Resiliency Program-Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation sa DSWD.


Mosuma sa 540 ka residente sa RTR ang makabenepisyo niini.


Ubos sa program makatrabaho ang mga benepisyaryo sulod sa napulo (10) ka adlaw ug sweldohan sila og 240 pesos matag adlaw.


Ang mahimong trabaho sa mga benepisyaryo mao ang pagpananum og mga kahoy sama sa fruit trees nga rambutan, durian, santol, mangga ug kahoy nga mahogany.


Matud pa sa kapitan sa Barangay San Antonio, daku  ang iyang pasalamat sa higayon nga bisan sa pandemya ug kalisud sa panahon karon dakong tabang ning programa sa panginabuhian sa iyang katawhan. Bisan kung pipila lang ka adlaw ang trabaho apan daku kining tabang sa makatrabaho niini ug tabang diha sa pagpabaskug sa kinaiyahan.
