47 Talacogon biz operators learn importance of business name
registration
TALACOGON,
Agusan del Sur, Aug. 22 - The Negosyo Center-Talacogon, Agusan del Sur and the
barangay Del Monte recently capacitated some 47 business operators in the
locality through a seminar on pricing and costing.
Engr.
Rowena Sotelo, an accredited Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship (PCE)
mentor, facilitated the said seminar. Prior to this assistance, the
participating business operators had no formal training on the basics of
pricing and costing.
They
needed inputs to guide them in the determination of product cost, reasonable
price, cost of business operation and income.
The
seminar included topic on green economic practices, some of which will have
positive effect on business income and profitability.
The
possible effects and contributions to climate change of a consumption behavior
were also explained, as well as the business name registration, its importance
