Agnor donates 10K sqm lot for housing project

BUTUAN CITY, Oct. 18 - The provincial government
of Agusan del Norte donated to the local government unit of Barangay Bayabas,
Cabadbaran City a total of 10,000 square meter lot located at Purok 4.
The said lot, owned by the province, is
currently the barangay site of Barangay Bayabas occupied by 45 households
prompting the Baragnay Council to request from the provincial government to
donate the said lot to be used as the location of its housing project.
According to the Provincial Planning and
Development Office and Provincial Assessor’s Office, they evaluated the
requirements for donation, all the necessary requirements were complied with. ?
The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Agusan del Norte
has given Governor Ma. Angelica “Angel” Rosedell M. Amante-Matba in behalf of
the province an authority to donate the lot under Tax Declaration No.
13-02-0014-00544.?The Sangguniang Panlalawigan approved Sanggunian Resolution
No. 232-2014 giving such authority to Gov. Angel through the efforts of
Provincial Board Member Danny M. Moran. (NCLM/LGU-Agusan del Norte/PIA-Agusan
